Harris Goes Low

 

Yesterday, Kamala Harris addressed the staff of what used to be the Biden/Harris campaign and is now the Harris for President campaign. Her remarks left no doubt about just how vicious the left will be.

 

Harris reminded the audience of campaign workers that she began her political career as “a courtroom prosecutor.” She then added:

 

“In those roles, I took on perpetrators of all kinds. Predators who abused women. Fraudsters who ripped off consumers. Cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain. So hear me when I say I know Donald Trump’s type!”

 

We’re just barely a week past the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, which one-third of Democrats think Trump staged for his own benefit. And already, Kamala Harris is comparing Trump to grotesque criminals.

 

Whenever Republicans do media interviews, they are inevitably asked, “Will you accept the results of the election, regardless of the outcome?” Smart Republicans will say, “I’ll accept the results if the election is fair.”

 

Well, every Democrat officeholder should be asked, “Polling shows at least a third of your party believes the assassination attempt on Donald Trump was fake. Will you denounce that conspiracy theory on the record and tell people in your party to stop this nonsense?”

 

If reporters were fair and balanced, they would ask that question. But I’m not holding my breath.

 

 

 

Kamala’s Coup

 

There are multiple reports that power-hungry neo-Marxists who have seized control of the Democrat Party literally threatened Joe Biden and forced him out of the presidential race. It was a coup to hand the nomination to Kamala Harris, even though no one voted for her in the Democrat primary.

 

So much for “accepting the election results” and “defending democracy.”

 

According to the New York Post, “Operatives at the very highest levels of the Democratic Party threatened President Biden with forcibly removing him from office unless he stepped down.” If he refused, they threatened to invoke the 25th Amendment.

 

The Post also reports that last month’s debate was a “set up” to prove just how bad Joe Biden’s condition really is.

 

In addition, Nancy Pelosi reportedly told Biden that he could do this “the easy way or the hard way,” and she gave him a deadline to drop out. If he didn’t, Pelosi threatened to publicize the campaign’s internal polling data that showed Biden heading toward a potential landslide loss.

 

By the way, news broke last night that Kamala Harris has secured enough support among the DNC delegates to guarantee her the Democrat presidential nomination. That’s an amazing accomplishment in just a little over 24 hours after Joe Biden stepped down.

 

Harris did absolutely nothing to earn her party’s nomination. It’s being handed to her on a silver platter.

 

 

 

Where’s Joe Been?

 

Last week, Joe Biden got COVID, canceled his events in Nevada, and flew home to Delaware. He dropped out of the race Sunday afternoon by releasing a statement on social media surrendering the nomination. It’s Tuesday, and he’s just returned to the White House. Supposedly, he will address the nation tomorrow night.

 

You know who else hasn’t seen Joe Biden or Kamala Harris? That would be Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel.

 

Netanyahu arrived in Washington, D.C., yesterday afternoon, and there were no senior U.S. leaders to greet him – not the president, not the vice president, or even the secretary of state.

 

If Volodymyr Zelensky takes a dump, one of them wipes his butt! But our most reliable ally is treated like a pariah.

 

By the way, Netanyahu will deliver an address to a joint session of Congress tomorrow. Normally, the president of the Senate, Vice President Harris, would preside over the joint session. But Harris refused to do so. So, the honor was offered to Senate President Pro-Tempore Patty Murray (D-WA). She also refused.

 

As one pro-Israel organization noted, “Kamala Harris’ first official act as the presumptive Democratic nominee . . . is to snub the leader of America’s key strategic ally, the Jewish state.”

 

 

 

The Cover-up

 

It has been obvious to most Americans for a while now that Joe Biden was not up to the job. But the massive cover-up of Biden’s condition that has taken place over the past three years is a national scandal.

 

Not only did they lie about the president’s health, they ran a campaign to demonize anyone who questioned his abilities. And everyone was in on it – from White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to their allies in the media and Hollywood celebrities. They were all lying, day after day.

 

How can voters trust these people to tell the truth about anything?

 

The Wall Street Journal just published a lengthy report saying that this cover-up goes back to at least October 2021. Biden was on Capitol Hill trying to sell his $1 trillion infrastructure bill. After 30 minutes of rambling, Nancy Pelosi had to take the microphone and explain what Biden couldn’t.

 

Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN), who challenged Biden in the primary, said, “It was the first time I remember people [being] pretty jarred by what they had seen.” The Journal adds, “That month was the last time Biden met with the House Democratic caucus on the Hill regarding legislation.”

 

In other words, congressional Democrats and the White House staff knew Biden wasn’t up to the task.

 

Of course, there was another person who was much more aware of Biden’s condition than almost anyone other than Jill Biden. That would be Vice President Kamala Harris, who just seized the Democrat nomination from a sitting president even though no one voted for her.

 

We have successfully prosecuted Joe Biden. He has been exposed for exactly who he is and what his condition is. I know many Republicans are demanding he resign the presidency, and there is some logic to that.

 

But I don’t see any benefit in forcing him to resign, thereby giving “President Harris” a chance to do things independently to change the subject from the Biden/Harris administration to the Harris administration.

 

 

 

A Reminder

 

This is a good time to remind people about who Kamala Harris is and what she believes.

 

• Harris is an extremely left-wing San Francisco Democrat. In the Senate, she was ranked as the most liberal senator – more Marxist than Bernie Sanders!

 

• Harris co-sponsored the socialized healthcare scheme, Medicare For All.

 

• She endorsed the radical Green New Deal.

 

• Harris co-sponsored legislation calling for reparations for slavery.

 

• She compared ICE agents to KKK terrorists, and viciously smeared our Border Patrol agents.

 

• She also supports giving free healthcare to illegal aliens.

 

• Harris had a 100% pro-abortion voting record with Planned Parenthood and has led the Biden administration’s efforts to ensure there are as many abortions as possible.

 

• Harris immediately accepted Jussie Smollett’s absurd claim that he was attacked on the streets of Chicago at 3:00 AM in subfreezing temperatures by Trump supporters.

 

• She supported a fund that bailed out the rioters who were destroying businesses in Minneapolis.

 

• Harris has undermined Israel in its war against Hamas.

 

 

 

Cheatle Resigns

 

Kimberly Cheatle, the director of the Secret Service, submitted her resignation today. It’s about time!

 

During her congressional testimony yesterday, Cheatle made a stunning admission. She told members of Congress that there are no recordings of the radio communications between her agents and law enforcement at the rally where Donald Trump was shot. How convenient.

 

I am reminded of the Department of Homeland Security inspector general’s investigation of the events on Capitol Hill on January 6th. When he asked for text messages from the Secret Service for January 5th and 6th, he was told that they were all lost “as part of a device-replacement program.”

 

Just like Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation team “lost” all their messages.

 

I do not understand why many Republicans still reflexively rush to a microphone to defend the FBI, the Secret Service, and other federal intelligence agencies. They always say that there are a lot of good agents who deserve our support. But they don’t matter because these agencies have been hijacked and deployed to destroy our constitutional Republic.

 

 

 

Bad News = No News

 

We got some bad news on the economy today, suggesting that a major economic slowdown may be occurring.

 

The number of existing home sales in June collapsed to the lowest level in 25 years.

 

In addition, the Richmond Federal Reserve Bank report showed that manufacturing activity in five mid-Atlantic states fell again in July, continuing a decline that began two years ago.

 

But I bet we won’t hear much about this on the evening news.
