Left-wing Lunacy

 

The transgender battle has come to Capitol Hill in a very personal way. Delaware’s newly-elected member of Congress is a man, but he insists he’s a woman. Of course, he also “identifies” as a Democrat and is demanding a right to use women’s bathrooms.

 

South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace is a victim of rape and sexual abuse. She has made it clear that no man pretending to be a woman will invade her privacy. She introduced a resolution banning men from using the bathrooms and locker rooms on Capitol Hill that are reserved for female members of Congress.

 

The left is having a total meltdown.

 

Rep. Mace is being deluged with death threats. But she is not backing down. In an interview, Mace said, “I have PTSD from the abuse that I’ve suffered, and I’m gonna do everything I can to protect women and girls.” Good for her!

 

House Speaker Mike Johnson fully supports Nancy Mace. Speaking with reporters yesterday, Johnson declared:

 

“For anybody who doesn’t know my well-established record on this issue, let me be unequivocally clear. A man is a man, and a woman is a woman. And a man cannot become a woman.”

 

Today, Speaker Johnson issued a policy making it clear that “single-sex facilities . . . are reserved for individuals of that biological sex.” Good for him!

 

It’s absurd that this is even an issue. But this is the insanity the left has unleashed on America!

 

Democrats, however, have learned absolutely nothing from the major defeat they just suffered – a defeat partly due to their transgender extremism.

 

House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries immediately said that anyone who doesn’t buy into the insanity that an individual with male sex organs can be a woman is a bigot and a hater.

 

Once again, Democrats have thrown actual women under the bus.

 

 

 

The Left’s War On Normalcy

 

The media always highlights divisions in the Republican Party, while ignoring Democrat splits. Some Democrats recognize the danger of embracing far-left ideologies and becoming the “Freak Show Party.” But the so-called “progressive wing” of the Democrat Party, its activist base, refuses to back down.

 

After the election, Massachusetts Democrat Seth Moulton warned his party that the American people do not support the left’s radical transgender ideology. Moulton had the audacity to tell the New York Times that Democrats lost because they are out of touch with the American people.

 

He said, “I have two little girls. I don’t want them getting run over on a playing field by a male or formerly male athlete, but as a Democrat I’m supposed to be afraid to say that.”

 

Predictably, the roof caved in on him. A top adviser resigned in protest. Other staff members demanded he apologize. Hundreds of leftists are demonstrating outside of his office, and radical activists are plotting to defeat him in the next primary.

 

Moulton is right on both points. Intolerant leftists are making an example of him so other Democrats will be afraid of speaking up for common sense.

 

Democrats are also at war with normalcy, and they are the real extremists. The polling is absolutely clear: 72% of Americans oppose mutilating transgender surgeries for children, and 68% oppose men in women’s sports.

 

Here’s my prediction: Delaware’s transgender Democrat will quickly become a party leader. Democrats will have to elevate this individual every chance they get or risk the wrath of their fringe left-wing base.

 

 

 

World War III

 

While the media was focusing on the “really important things,” like whether Donald Trump will expel criminal aliens from the United States -- horror of horrors! -- and demanding that men be allowed into women’s bathrooms, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris just took another reckless step toward World War III.

 

Yesterday, Ukraine fired several American-made ballistic missiles deep into Russia. They did this after Joe Biden gave Volodymyr Zelensky his “blessing” to use the missiles in an obvious significant escalation.

 

When Ronald Reagan tried to put defensive missiles in Europe, the entire left-wing establishment went crazy. That same left-wing establishment just completely ignored the fact that a historic enemy of Russia just used our missiles to strike into Russia.

 

Vladimir Putin did not ignore it. He immediately changed Russia’s nuclear doctrine in response to the attack.

 

Russia’s previous nuclear doctrine stated that it would respond with nuclear weapons if it was attacked by a nuclear power. Now, if a non-nuclear power attacks Russia with the assistance of a nuclear power, Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons.

 

Well, that’s exactly what just happened.

 

Is Putin bluffing? Who knows?

 

But the situation is so serious that Finland, Norway, and Sweden just issued instructions to their citizens on how to survive a nuclear war.

 

The American people should be asking why Biden and Harris are inching us closer to World War III when a new administration promising peace is heading into the White House. Does that sound like a normal transition?

 

In recent days, two major underwater internet cables were cut. The cables connected Germany to Finland and Lithuania to Sweden. What do these countries have in common? Three of them have recently joined NATO, an alliance created to resist the old Soviet Union that no longer exists.

 

Every time we expand NATO, now literally to the borders of Russia, we take on a treaty obligation to defend another country that can barely defend itself.

 

The primary result of this “bipartisan” foreign policy of the last four years has been to take what was previously a loose partnership between Russia, communist China, Iran, and North Korea and transform it into a formal military alliance with each nation working hand-in-glove with the others.

 

How is our bipartisan foreign policy working out?

 

We “bipartisanly” gave more than $180 billion to Ukraine, and we’re edging toward a world war no one voted for.

 

We “bipartisanly” went into Afghanistan, and it was a disaster.

 

We “bipartisanly” went into Iraq, and now Iraq is allied with Iran, and communist China is guarding oil fields in the Middle East.

 

How many more times are we going to be “Imperial America” and get into no-win wars rather than putting America first by following peace through strength?

 

 

 

Media Malfeasance

 

In addition to ignoring the rising tensions in Ukraine, the media also ignored a crucial hearing on Capitol Hill yesterday. Whistleblowers from the Department of Homeland Security and other agencies testified about what has been happening to migrant children at the border. It is stomach churning.

 

But when Donald Trump begins to secure the border, you can bet the media will repeat the lie that he’s “putting kids in cages,” even though that started under Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

 

It had to be done occasionally because adult illegal aliens were exploiting migrant children.

 

That’s what these whistleblowers testified about -- a child was raped by a man who claimed to be her “uncle.”

 

Children were drugged so they couldn’t answer basic questions from Border Patrol officials.

 

Migrant children trafficked into sex slavery, as young as eight, were found to have venereal diseases.

 

This is a national scandal!

 

But the left says Donald Trump, Tom Homan, and MAGA are “filled with hate” for trying to keep these people out when they are just “yearning for a better life.”

 

As we have reported, Democrats are doubling down. These so-called “progressive” politicians are vowing to fight Donald Trump with every ounce of strength they have.

 

And what exactly is it that they are fighting? Trump’s efforts to kick these monsters -- who abused migrant children and are also abusing our children -- out of our country.

 

 

 

Guilty On All Counts

 

A Georgia judge found Jose Ibarra, an illegal alien gang member, guilty on all counts in the brutal murder of nursing student Laken Riley.

 

I know you don’t need reminding, but Ibarra was released by the Biden/Harris Department of Homeland Security (what a joke!), brought into the interior of the country, and given a work permit, which is essentially a road to eventual citizenship.

 

He had multiple run-ins with law enforcement before he killed Riley and destroyed an American family.

 

When news of the brutal murder first broke, the Biden/Harris administration claimed they had to release him because there was no available space in the detention centers. That was a lie. There were 8,000 beds available at the time.
