The Great Divide
As we pour through voluminous amounts of data, we’re learning some very interesting things about this election and how Donald Trump won.
For example, Kamala Harris did well among women, especially young women, as we all expected. She won wealthy voters, which is the exact opposite of what the media tells us. They constantly try to portray the GOP as the party of rich Wall Street elites.
She ran up the score among voters with advanced educational degrees. That doesn’t mean they are smarter. They’re not. They’ve just spent more time being indoctrinated in left-wing universities.
Working-class voters and veterans strongly backed Donald Trump. Black men voted for Trump in record numbers, as did Hispanics. It turns out that Hispanic Americans don’t want their country overrun by illegal aliens either. Shocker.
But here’s the most important statistic of all because it defines the great divide in America today and drives much of the culture war for the hearts and minds of our children.
Harris won the vote of so-called “religious nones” -- people who have no faith or believe there is no God -- by 45 points. Donald Trump won 58% of the Catholic vote and 82% of the white evangelical vote.
So, Harris won the support of low-patriotic, atheist, globalist Americans, and Trump won God-fearing, America-loving voters, who have been smeared as “Christian nationalists” and a threat to the country.
We’ve been warning you not to fall for that lie. A Christian is someone who loves Jesus, and a nationalist is someone who loves their country. What’s the opposite of a “Christian nationalist”? That would be an atheist globalist.
This election was a repudiation not only of secular globalists but also of religious left groups like “Evangelicals for Harris,” which I jokingly suggested should be called “Evangelicals for Sodom and Gomorrah.”
It was a repudiation of David French, Russell Moore, and Tim Alberta, who said Christians should accept open borders, abortion on demand, and oppose Donald Trump. I also include the gang at Christianity Today that thought it was a really good idea to run an opinion piece urging Christians not to vote this year.
Christians who love America should stop being defensive. Christian patriots who believe in Faith, Family, and Freedom, are the only hope America has.
Pogroms Return
Israeli soccer fans were ambushed and brutally attacked last night in the streets of Amsterdam. Their attackers were carrying Palestinian flags and yelling “Free Palestine” as they beat, kicked, punched, and stabbed any Jew they could find.
There’s globalism in all its “glory.” No one should be under the impression that a bunch of people running around in wooden shoes started beating up Jews. The rioters in the streets of Amsterdam carried out an organized, modern-day pogrom. Dozens of Israelis were injured, and at least five were hospitalized.
Geert Wilders, the “Donald Trump of the Netherlands,” condemned the “Jew hunt in the streets” and demanded that the attackers be deported.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the attack, saying:
“Tomorrow, 86 years ago, was Kristallnacht, when Jews on European soil were attacked for being Jews. This has now recurred. This was marked yesterday in the streets of Amsterdam. This is what happened. There is only one difference: The State of the Jews has arisen. We need to deal with it. . . We cannot accept this.”
Israel’s foreign minister was immediately dispatched to the Netherlands, and Israeli airlines were helping to evacuate Jews from Amsterdam.
This is Third World antisemitism on full display. All the elites in Europe and all the elites in our country say we must allow these barbarians into our country because “These people are our future, and that’s what the West, America, and the Statue of Liberty are all about.”
Wrong!
This is the destruction of Western Civilization. This is what we’re being told we must defend in Europe -- countries that allowed themselves to be invaded.
We’re being told that if you don’t support spending billions and billions of dollars to defend Europe, you’re a bad person. But we’re not defending the Europe of Western Civilization, free speech, and religious liberty.
We’re defending nations that surrendered those values by welcoming people hostile to those values.
This is where globalism leads. A Jew walking around Amsterdam or Chicago or New York City is about as safe as a Jew walking around Gaza.
Trump Makes History Again
President-elect Donald Trump just announced his first major appointment. He named Susie Wiles as his White House chief of staff. We knew it was between Wiles and Brooke Rollins, both are great ladies. Wiles will be the first female White House chief of staff, and she is a strong, intelligent woman!
Wiles is a political genius, and she does her best work quietly, behind the scenes. She is the daughter of Pat Summerall, who credited her with saving him from alcoholism.
She began her storied political career working for then-Congressman Jack Kemp. She joined the 1980 Reagan campaign and later helped to dramatically transform Florida politics. Wiles had major roles in Donald Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaigns, including managing his race against Kamala Harris.
I look forward to working with Wiles. The next four years could be the most important four years that American Values has in our 25-year history.
Disputed Elections
The Pennsylvania Senate race was called yesterday for Republican David McCormick, giving the GOP 53 seats in the Senate. But incumbent Democrat Bob Casey is refusing to concede, even though he is trailing by more than 34,000 votes and it is virtually impossible for him to win.
According to the Associated Press, most of the outstanding ballots still to be counted are in heavily Republican Cambria County. But Democrats just dispatched notorious Clinton lawyer Marc Elias to try to steal the seat.
I trust that the Pennsylvania Republican Party and the Republican National Committee are fully prepared for a fight.
Meanwhile, Arizona continues to be a national embarrassment. It is Friday, three days after the election, and they have only reported 76% of the vote. There is no legitimate excuse for that.
Republican Senate candidate Kari Lake is down by less than 44,000 votes, and there is still 24% of the vote to count.
When Republicans in Arizona say there is corruption and the state was stolen before, believe them. Again, I trust the Republican Party is all over this.
Left-wing Lunacy
As election night went on and the Democrat dominoes started falling, online searches for “how to emigrate to Canada” shot up 5,000%. While we’re closing the southern border, we might want to open the northern border, making it easier for all the leftists looking to leave!
There’s a bizarre movement, not just in America but worldwide, of liberal women being urged to no longer have sex with men. Apparently, if you’re a man in South Korea dating or married to a liberal woman, you’re going to be sleeping on the couch for the next four years because Donald Trump won the election.
Maybe there’s a silver lining here. If leftist American women stop having sexual relations with men, shouldn’t we see a massive drop in abortions?
