Bauer Reinforcements For Israel

 

The massacre of Israelis by Hamas on October 7, 2023, sent shockwaves through the civilized world. In its aftermath, sickening displays of antisemitism and hatred of Israel exploded on American university campuses and even some high schools. Jewish students were threatened and beaten.

 

Polling showed a drop in support for Israel, even among some Christian young people. In many cases, students were repeating antisemitic lies and propaganda.

 

One of the major organizations striving to educate young Americans about Israel is called Passages. They do this by taking Christian students to Israel to learn the truth first-hand. I am proud to share with you the news that Passages has just hired as their new CEO our son, Zachary Bauer.

 

Zach has years of public policy experience working on Capitol Hill and in the Trump/Pence White House. He obviously shares the Bauer family’s commitment to the U.S.-Israel alliance and to fighting antisemitism.

 

As CEO of Passages, he will be promoting their mission of offering Christian students a life-changing experience that 1) strengthens their identity in Christ, 2) exposes them to the complex realities of Israel and the Middle East, and 3) provides them with opportunities to develop their leadership abilities.

Saving Our Sovereignty

 

Buckle up, friends. The battle has been joined, and it’s going to get rough!

 

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem made her first official visit to the southern border this weekend. She rode on horseback with the Del Rio Sector Horse Patrol – the same unit Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Alejandro Mayorkas compared to slave owners for allegedly whipping Haitian migrants.

 

It was a disgusting smear that was totally false, and they never apologized. The careers and lives of several agents were destroyed because of that lie. But now, instead of a president and homeland security secretary who smear them, they have a new president who supports them and secretary who rides with them.

 

The Trump/Vance administration is sending very clear signals to the American people: America’s sovereignty will be restored and respected again.

 

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth went to the southern border today to meet with the troops President Trump deployed there and to deliver the message, “Border security is national security.”

 

Just think about the significance of that. The previous administration ignored the border. Now we have a secretary of defense who is praising our troops for doing the most important thing they can do: Protecting our border!

 

Meanwhile, multiple Latin American countries are breaking under President Trump’s intense pressure. Colombia and Venezuela have now agreed to take back the illegal aliens they pushed into our country.

 

Secretary of State Marco Rubio paid a visit to Panama over the weekend. The country has gotten into bed with communist China, putting the security of the Panama Canal and our national security at risk. Thanks to President Trump’s warnings and Rubio’s visit, Panama just agreed to not renew its deals with communist China.

 

 

 

The Left Explodes

 

All of this winning by Donald Trump has infuriated the far left. Progressive clerics are twisting the Gospel to make it sound like Jesus opposes laws that protect our country. The drug cartels are embedded in the United States, and they are working with left-wing groups to stoke demonstrations against restoring our sovereignty.

 

These demonstrations were not spontaneous. They erupted in multiple cities over the weekend. Open borders agitators blocked a major highway in Los Angeles. Of course, the mayor, with her Marxist background, ordered police to stand down as mobs waved Mexican flags in the streets.

 

Similar demonstrations erupted in San Diego, St. Louis, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and New York City. Protesters in a sea of foreign flags carried signs that read, “F--- Trump,” and they chanted, “F--- ICE! F--- Trump!”

 

By the way, these demonstrators have a new MAGA slogan: Mexicans Always Get Across.

 

A new resistance movement is rising up, particularly in left-wing cities. Foot soldiers of the radical left have organized networks to thwart ICE arrests. They’re surveilling various areas of a city and warning illegal aliens when ICE agents show up.

 

Leftist politicians are helping, too. Illinois passed legislation making it easier for illegal aliens to change their names, making it harder for ICE to find them.

 

Many people think that if Democrats and Republicans would just calm down, they could rationally work out their differences. “Why is everything always such a big deal?” they ask.  Well, this is a big deal.

 

The disagreement here is between the majority of Americans, represented by Donald Trump and his supporters, who simply want to restore America’s sovereignty. We should decide who gets to come into our country for the benefit of our country.

 

The other side says, “You have no right to decide who comes in.” They won’t allow us to control our borders.

 

That’s not two sides of a debate. That’s one side trying to save America and one side trying to destroy America. Democrat politicians who are biting Trump’s ankles trying to make this more difficult are siding with those trying to bury us with Third World migration.

 

 

 

Trump Takes Charge & The Bureaucrats Go Ballistic

 

For weeks now, leftist pundits have been talking about a smooth transition of power. There was no smooth transition before January 20th, and there is no smooth transition now. There is open resistance within the government, even to allowing various representatives of the president to enter federal buildings to access information.

 

President Trump and his team are serious about reforming the government and how it operates. But as they tackle this enormous task, the media are making it sound like they are doing something really strange. But it’s the exact opposite.

 

President Trump was elected by a majority of American people. He is the head of one of our three branches of government. If bureaucrats in these executive agencies don’t cooperate, he’s firing them.

 

The media have reported that representatives of Elon Musk were denied access to critical information at the Treasury Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). That’s wrong! These aren’t Elon Musk’s representatives; they’re representatives of the president.

 

Elon Musk leads the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). He was given an assignment by the president.

 

Top officials at the Treasury Department and USAID who blocked the DOGE staff were quickly fired by President Trump. He has also fired top officials at the Justice Department, the FBI, and multiple inspector generals.

 

Others have been put on notice that investigations are ongoing to find out who was complicit in the Biden administration’s weaponizing of the FBI.

 

This is not about Donald Trump. It’s about Catholics who were spied on. It’s about parents who were called “domestic terrorists.” It’s about government officials who censored free speech.

 

The media claim Trump and his people are trying to push their way into various agencies. Push their way in? Those agencies work for President Trump! He won the election!

 

One bureaucrat told the media, “It feels like a hostile takeover.” How could that be? The only way this is “hostile” is if these bureaucrats are working for someone other than the president.

 

 

 

What He Found

 

Now, here’s what the media won’t tell you.

 

At the Treasury Department, Elon Musk found that “payment approval officers . . . were instructed to always approve payments, even to known fraudulent or terrorist groups.”

 

That’s how you get headlines like this: “Federal Government Made $236 billion ‘Improper Payments’ Last Fiscal Year.”

 

At USAID, a $50 billion agency, Musk found that “incredibly politically partisan” ideologues “have been supporting radical Left causes throughout the world, including things that are anti-American, which is insane.” He blasted the agency as a “criminal organization.”

 

By the way, there is evidence that USAID funds, your tax dollars, were also funneled to left-wing political groups here in the United States.

 

President Trump closed the USAID office today and told its employees to stay home. The USAID website has been taken down. Trump told reporters, “It’s been run by a bunch of radical lunatics, and we’re getting them out.”

 

 

 

Trump’s Trade War

 

President Trump’s tariffs on China, Canada, and Mexico are being totally misinterpreted. It is true that Canada in particular has not engaged in fair trade with us, hurting many American industries.

 

But the main reason for the tariffs on China, Canada, and Mexico is their lack of action to stop fentanyl and other deadly drugs from coming into our country and killing Americans. Mass migration across the border, particularly from Mexico, is another key reason Trump imposed the tariffs.

 

President Trump is taking the safety of our citizens seriously, and he’s trying to get some cooperation. Yet, the media are having a complete meltdown.

 

Well, Trump’s strong leadership is already yielding positive results. The president of Mexico announced today that she is deploying 10,000 troops to help secure the U.S.-Mexican border. In response, President Trump delayed his tariffs on Mexico.

 

And Beijing appears ready to talk.

 

 

 

Democrats Go Hogg Wild

 

The Democrat National Committee elected new leaders this weekend. It looked like a Saturday Night Live skit. Watch this hilarious video of former DNC Chairman Jamie Harrison attempting to explain the voting rules.

 

Democrats were hoping that new leadership would help repair their standing with the American people, which is now at a record low. But this gang won’t help at all.

 

Every single candidate for DNC chair claimed Kamala Harris lost because of “racism and misogyny.” That’s what they think about the American people – we’re all just a bunch of ignorant bigots.

 

But Democrats also elected left-wing activist David Hogg as their vice chairman. Hogg is a leader of the radical anti-Second Amendment movement. He has also called for defunding the police and abolishing ICE.
